Voting Question: Bouquets for a Beach Wedding?

My best friend is planning her beach wedding for May 2010 and she doesn’t like Roses. Tulips are my favorite flower, I love them, and when I mentioned that to her when we were talking about flowers for the wedding she said that Tulips are one of her favorites as well. As of right now, she is planning to use Tulips (red and white because those are the colors she is using for the wedding), however, I don’t know if that would look right for a beach wedding. It’s her wedding, so whatever makes her happy is great by me, but she asked my opinion about it and it’s been bothering me ever since. For a beach wedding I think of Lilies, more tropical looking flowers. What kind of flower, that comes in red and white, would you suggest for a beach wedding?
Auntie.Bean… The wedding is in May, so I don’t think it would be a problem to get Tulips, I just don’t think they would look the best for the type of wedding she is having. Anyway, thank you for all your help! : )
