DIY Favor Tags

I love clip art tags. They can really help elevate a basic bit of packaging to a very personal level. I found some of my favorites on a gallery we’ve put together on our website and thought I’d share them here. The first is from one of my favorite color palette stories: lavender and red. To make them, all you need are some basic candies (though these may not be that basic, I will admit), giant round labels, which are the perfect topper for the squat acetate cylinders you’ll also need. They are formatted for pre-cut labels, and the how-to can be found by clicking through the photo.

And I love these “Enjoy ” labels—they seem to perfectly finish the vine covered boxes but would also go with so many other patterned papers as well.

Jayme Murray and I worked on these lace labels. She always had such a nice touch, as you can see in the her wedding. I love how these labels are sort of inexact and unique (and forgiving for the hurried crafter!)

Are you planning to use any clip art labels on your favor packaging?
